- Description
Monarch are working with a large government organisation that are recruiting for a Transformation Technical Lead to assist them on an initial 4 month contract. This a hybrid position with only 1 day in either of their office locations, London, Manchester or Bristol. The position falls inside IR35.
The transformation tech lead will play an influential part in guiding and informing how the UK Government prioritises digital transformation and investment for the future.
The experience required:- Experience with digital transformation - such as transforming internal system or user facing services.
- Experience working, and problem solving issues around technical debt or legacy systems
- Experience working with Enterprise and Application Management tooling - such as tools like Ardoq or LeanIX, or the CMDB systems such as in ServiceNow
- An understanding of modern cloud-based architecture
- The ability to clearly explain complex technology issues and an understanding of how they are relevant specifically to government
- Excellent leadership, engagement and communication skills, with demonstrable experience in setting stretching objectives
- experience of being able to work at pace and adapt to changes in a dynamic situation
