Location: Hybrid onsite 3 days in London and 2 days remote
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Start date: As soon as possible
We are recruiting for a well-established organisation to bring on a Accounts Payable Clerk. You will have the experience below to be successful:- Knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in using accounting software (preferably SUN) but not essential
- Excellent communication skills / Excellent command of the English language
- Written and verbal Japanese not essential but preferable
- Ability to investigate and source answers to various email and telephone enquiries
- Strong time management/multi tasking & organisational skills required
- Strong work ethic, reliable time keeping and attendance
- Accurate, organised and eye for detail
- Self motivated and with strong desire to perform all task to completion
- Solid administration background & an awareness to check for accuracy and completeness
- Need to be able to travel to Belgium when requested by the line manager
