HR Business Partner, HR Specialist, Contract, Hybrid
We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our client based in London on an initial 3 month contract.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 Month initially
Location: Hybrid working 1 day a week on site
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:- Supporting the organisations effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy;
- Leading the HR vision
Skills and experiences we are looking for:- Relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) gained in large complex organisations with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships).
- Knowledge of current thinking in HR issues and trends
- Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes.
