Agile Coach

Our consultancy client are working with global bank who are currently looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help drive the adoption of Agile at scale best practices supporting a major part of the bank to transform into a lean customer centric delivery organisation. Working within channels transformation that  brings together mobile, branch, contact centres and digital channels to ensure seamless delivery of these products and features to their customers. Channels Transformation has c. 5,000 resources globally with an annual budget of c. $400m.

You will act as the SME for agile and agile-at-scale practices, supporting senior leadership drive the adoption of the Agile Ways of Operating. Support the establishment and refinement of VS and SVS events including PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt, Scrum of Scrums and Backlog refinement and support the adoption of Lean Portfolio Management practices; using Kanban to establish flow, Cost of Delay and work sequencing techniques and lean portfolio management events including portfolio reviews and sync. Using data driven assessment of agile maturity and delivery performance, helping to identify and implement improvement opportunities and partnering with business and technology leaders to develop a strategy to improve ways of operating and mature agile practices. You will facilitate knowledge sharing of best practice across the VS and CIO pillar and be an active member of the agile communities of practice within the bank and have a strong sense of continuous improvement, ensuring learning's are shared across the CIO pillar.

This role will be on an employed consultant model of the consultancy being paid at a daily rate PAYE whilst accruing holiday etc. And will be hybrid working at home and alos on the client site.
