Description: Our consultancy client are working with a major high street bank who are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join their payments and economic crime part of the business. They work on processing compliant, fast, secure and flexible transaction management services and cover rising threats from social engineering and real time payments by implementing new and improved digital ways of meeting and exceeding their customer needs.

You will be working to transact cross-border Payments in a safe and efficient manner. Also leading the build of and migration to a new International Payments Platform whilst ensuring the bank maintains Regulatory and Scheme Compliance.

You must have a deep understanding of the payments industry, ideally international with knowledge of cross border payment schemes and messages and have worked as a product owner on similar projects previously for a major bank of FS company.

You will need to think strategically, valuing both big change and incremental improvements and focus on collaboration, deliver, and celebrate success as a team. Have iinfluence without authority, trusting and empowering the team with responsibility and use data driven, evidence-based decision making.

This role will require you to be in the office in central London one day a week with the rest at home and has been deemed inside IR35.
