Monarch are working with a health care organisation that are recruiting for a PMO Analyst to assist them on a 12 month contract. This positions falls outside IR35 and is fully remote.
This organisation are about to embark on a national programme and due to this require a PMO analyst who ideally has previous health care experience.
Some of the responsibilities and skills required include:- Development and ongoing management of a configuration management plan which will describe any specific procedures, identify roles and responsibilities to be effective, predictable and repeatable during the Programme life cycle.
- Responsible for development of document standards and version control throughout the project
- Development and on-going management of a suite of reports
- Manage formal Project delivery as required, including the production of business cases, investment appraisals for investments and recognised Project Controls. Such projects may include those not specific to IT.
- Role-holder should be able to perform analysis on data sets which are sometimes complex to facilitate efficiencies within the PMO.
- Manage PRINCE processes for delivery, including initiation stage, stage plans, highlights reports, and exception reports.
- Co-ordinate and support collaborative working with suppliers and other NHS projects.
- Maintain qualification as certified PRINCE2 practitioner or equivalent.
