Programme Manager

Monarch IT are partnered with an award winning digital agency based in London, who are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to help and deliver a range of projects across their worldwide offices. Salary is based on experience: looking between £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, including a 10% bonus.

You will be taking ownership of an already successful delivery team, to help direct and work on fast-faced and complex projects. The company has many studio and office locations across the world, and support a range of clients in various sectors. They are looking for someone who has already gained proven experience as a programme manager, who has ideally worked within a creative/ digital agency or consultancy company. They are also looking for someone who has 8 years + experience delivering projects and programmes, as well as prior experience managing 15+ PM's and IT Delivery teams.

Role:

• Deliver on various projects and programmes simultaneously. 
• Lead communication with teams and stakeholders including Senior clients and colleagues.
• Providing leadership to Senior Project Managers and Delivery teams
• Implement suitable delivery approach and methodology for programmes
• Introducing governance structures and delivery plans
• Lead the scoping, planning and pricing of new opportunities as well as writing and reviewing SOW's.
• Line Manage PM's
