Description

Location:  Dublin and remote

Contract Length:  8 months

Day rate: Up to €1000 per day

Monarch are looking for a Programme Director to work with a large Telco service provider in Ireland in upgrading their contact centre platform - You will need experience in the below to be successful:

  • Understanding of Telecommunications contact centre working and challenges
  • Experience of having implemented Genesys or a similar contact centre platform, preferably as SaaS
  • Experience with transitioning service from build to delivery
  • Exposure of reporting status and presenting reports to senior management team
  • Previous experience of managing client engagements alongside with Vendor management
  • Highly experienced in leading nearshore, offshore teams.
  • Understanding of international data regulations
  • 15+ years of professional IT delivery covering all disciplines from business requirements through to live service support
