Monarch are working with a leading media company based in London that are recruiting for a Senior Transformation Consultant. This will be a hybrid position with 1-2 days in their London offices.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic marking, advertising and technology (MAdtech) experience, also you will have a excellent knowledge of Google solutions.
Some of the responsibilities include:- Provide client-facing marketing and advertising transformation and technology consulting within the context of consulting engagements.
- Lead the deployment and analysis of marketing maturity assessments and MAdtech ecosystem audits
- Co-create transformation roadmaps consisting of time-phased, agile experiments, tactical and strategic initiatives that build towards the client’s MAdtech solutions.
- Identify future opportunities with clients to grow engagement and drive incremental revenue growth.
- Maintain MAdtech proficiency across vendors and products by participating in and/or leading MAdtech forums, communities, research, publications and events.
- Support MAdtech development, implementation and support teams by providing subject matter and account expertise, insight into industry trends and client requirements, use case development deployment oversight.
- Solid experience in the consulting space, with a focus on marketing/advertising strategy and solutions.
- Working knowledge of advertising technologies such as Ad Serving/Analytics/Tag management. Google and other cloud-centric MAdtech platforms is a bonus.
- Experience in marketing data, operations and technology assessments and roadmap delivery
- Experience in leading engagements with senior client and agency partner leadership, sponsors and SMEs.
- Strong relationship building skills and previous experience working with C-level executives.
- Experience working with internal account/sales teams to define/identify account growth opportunities.
