Senior PMO Manager

Monarch are working with a global media company that are recruiting for a Senior PMO Manager on an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role is a hybrid position and falls inside IR35. 

The client are currently working on an exciting project where they are implementing an world known entertainment experience in Japan. The Senior PMO manager is required to implement a robust governance structure and help facilitate the smooth running of the project through its construction phases.

Some of the responsibilities include: 

• Third party vendor management – Owner of key project contracts and understanding of associated risks
• Ownership and management of the change control process ensuring delivery in line with scope
• Process documentation and adherence
• Strategic sourcing overview and vendor control
• Obtaining approval for invoice payments – checking payments  against contract milestones and other agreed deliverables
• Flexibility to identify project needs and provide solutions

• Experience leading or working within a PMO function in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to read and interpret contracts independently and confidently
• Proven administrative skills, document control and management
• Ability to work pro-actively with key project personnel to ensure smooth running of the project and Senior Capital Finance manager to aid timely and accurate reporting of project finance status
• Confidence to document process flows and identify control gaps
• Good research skills and the ability to draw information from various sources.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
