Our consultancy client is looking for an experienced banking Project Manager with experience of working on Big Data projects. This contract will be on an employed consultant model (£600 per day PAYE + holiday + bens).
You must have demonstrable experience of managing multiple Big Data projects with extensive banking (Personal or commercial). Coming from a technical background you will have managed large technical teams and be able to work as the Scrum master.
You will plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects on Google Cloud Platform and lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serving as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage and actively provide support to management in driving and implementing agenda of people and change management across channels to help build the future of the bank for sustainable success. Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives to enable mindset shift, improve work efficiency/quality, create harmonious work environment, and enhance staff well being and plan and create effective Reporting (Progress updates, RAID logs, etc).
