Our consultancy client are looking for an experience Programme Manager with specific experience within Fin Crime (Financial Crime) for a major Programme with their end client a high street bank. The bank has brought processes and systems from across different areas of the bank together and the aim of this role is to bring those all together as a successful offering.
The initial areas to deal with will be transaction monitoring, anti-tax evasion, CDD, AML and PEP's where for example 95 issues have been identified in transaction monitoring with 79 still to be fixed. Once these have been fixed you will need to put in a control environment to manage this for the future and ensure better outcomes for clients and also asses what is working and not working across FinCrime within the bank and ensure this is all put right.
Majority of the role will be remote with occasional visit to site in London and services will need to be supplied through an umbrella solution so deemed inside of IR35.
