- Description
Monarch IT are working with a public sector client based in Liverpool, who are looking to appoint 2 seasoned deployment/ field engineers to join them for the next 2 months. This role will fall inside IR35, paying up to £180 per day.
You will be sat within the infrastructure team, focusing on the delivery and support of new IT tech within the organisation. All client side requirements need to be met which will include delivery, installing new hardware, configuration, as well as new systems and software implementation. You will be required to work with server and back office streams. All applicants must hold a valid UK drivers licence as travel between sites is common. You will receive a mileage allowance.
Jobs Duties- Configure, implement and develop file servers and hosted systems.
- Deploying back office software systems
- Cofig, Develop and deploy operating systems
- Maintaining hardware and overall end user infrastructure
- Support the storage and distribution of equipment (inventory management)
- 24 on call rota service
- Install IT Equipment and software
- Diagnose and rectify 1/2nd line issues
- Upgrading MS 2010 to Office 365
