USM Technical Design Authority

Our consultancy client are currently looking for an experienced USM TDA to work on a major blue chip client project. You will be working one day a week in Slough with the rest of the work being able to be done remotely.

You will have extensive ITSM experience at an architect level with a focus on BMC Helix with a strong background in the useage of ITSM tools and be able to assist and advise on best practices and trouble shooting on the platforms and applications.

Liaising between the end Customer Lead Technical Architect and the consultancy to remove technical blockers and act in the capacity of ensuring standards and deliverables are met across the program. Working with key stakeholders to determine and prioritise  technical requirements/solution, working with cross functional teams to ensure successful cost-effective project execution.

You will have a proven track record defining and governing complex technical architecture and solution designs with ITSM technical knowledge (Service Now/BMC) and a demonstrable and recent track record of architecting and delivering ITSM capabilities using standard/Out of the box features across ITSM vendors, Agile methodology, coding standards, version control, continuous deployment methodologies and industry best practices.

With an understanding and experience of some or all of the following for ITSM, integration, B2B, Ebonding, AI Ops, ITOM. Any experience of working within the Telco arena would be a distinct advantage. This role has been deemed be be inside of IR35.
