We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our client within the telecommunications industry on an initial 6 month contract.
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 - you will be required to work through an Umbrella Solution
Location: Fully Remote
Start: ASAP- Design and document e2e retail and wholesale high level and low level business processes ensuring strategic decisions are highlighted for management approval where necessary
- Facilitate cross functional workshops carrying out process and requirement analysis to identify solutions where required
- Liaise with business sponsors, SME’s, workstream leads, products owners and product managers to align and document process requirements, outputs and potential implications as a result of technical solutions
- Work closely with PMO project managers and workstream leads to build a process inventory and agree a schedule for process design and completion ensuring all process designs and changes are approved at the pre- agreed level
- Follow a strict change control for any changes to approved processes
