Monarch IT recruitment have a fantastic contract opportunity working alongside a large public sector client of ours. The contract will be until the 31st of March 2022 and will fall inside IR35 so you will be expected to go through an umbrella company. You will be working within a hybrid working environment and will be expected to work onsite (Cardiff) at least 3 days a week.
I am looking for an experienced service desk implementation Project Manager who has the following skills:- To accelerate the implementation of a new service desk application
- PM must have previous Ivanti and ITSM experience and be ITIL certified
- Must be a self-starter able to pick up from current state
- Priorities are the front door, ticketing for P1 2 3, workflow and reporting
