Monarch IT have a fantastic opportunity to join a global company as a Delivery Support Analyst on a six month rolling contract. You will be working for the Delivery Support Office, providing assistance to all teams across Cybersecurity Sciences & Analytics.
Main responsibilities will be managing governance and operational processes, such as:- Procurement requests
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Providing logistical support to technical experts presenting to senior boards & approval committees
- IT service acceptance checks & compliance reporting
- Transitioning projects to BAU operations
- Liaising with other teams such as Legal and Regulatory Compliance, and ensuring that they are meeting all of their obligations
- Need experience in getting things done in large, complex organisations.
- Key skills are organization & attention to detail, relationship building, understanding of corporate environments (e.g. previous experience in PMO, enterprise IT projects, or similar).
- A basic awareness of cybersecurity, big data and/or cloud computing is nice to have
