Monarch are working with a large government organisation that are recruiting for a HR Workforce Planning Lead to assist them on an initial 3 month contract, inside IR35. This position can be based in London, Bristol or Manchester.
Some of the responsibilities and skills required include:- Demonstrate good knowledge of best practice and innovative workforce planning strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate the delivery of effective workforce support
- Ability to analyse and understand complex business, finance and workforce data
- Previous experience in developing workforce strategies
- Experience in workforce information analysis
- Experience in producing and presenting workforce reports
- Experience developing a workforce strategy
- Experience of leading and coordinating workforce plans
- Experience in supporting managers to develop workforce plans
