Monarch are working with one of the worlds largest consultancies that are recruiting for a Process Design Lead to assist them on an initial 5-6 month contract based in their London office. This role falls inside IR35.
You will be working with a global insurance company on their IT Transformation programme, understanding their users journeys for their systems and how the systems works to enable current processes.
Some of the skills and experience required:- Essential to have insurance experience
- Responsible for leading the process design activities for an allocated area
- Responsible for supporting the client in designing the end state solution from an end to end perspective
- Responsible for capturing key considerations and implications and proposing options for decisions
- Needs to work closely with the functional teams in order to ensure solutions are aligned to the process designs
