Monarch IT have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with a large government organisation as a Mac Support Engineer. This role is a 12 months contract and falls inside IR35 where you are expected to work 2/5 days in the Leeds office.
For candidates to be successful they must be eligible for SC clearance.
We’re seeking a Mac OS IT Support Professional with strong hands-on experience delivering end user support with proven Jamf Pro skills and exposure to Microsoft server infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to support our 100% Mac end user estate, troubleshooting and solving a diverse range of problems along with imaging new devices using Jamf Pro. You’ll also be resolving system access requests and managing account creation and administration via Active Directory.
Skills/ Requirements:- Rich experience supporting Mac OS and MacBook Hardware, including all complementary software along with imaging and patching devices using Jamf Pro
- Experience building and managing Windows Server, including patching
- Experience in Red Hat Linux
- 2 years’ experience of macOS and Zero Touch deployment using Jamf Pro
- Have a compelling knowledge of supporting common macOS applications e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
