Monarch It have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with a large government organisation as a floorwalker working closely with 1st and 2nd line support . This role will fall inside IR35 and will be fully on-site . This prospect is located in London however, there are multiple opportunities including Coventry, Sheffield, Manchester and Darlington.
Minimum requirements:
• Good communication skills
• A broad knowledge and interest in IT
• Experience providing technical support in a corporate IT context
• Works well under pressure
Desirable skills:
• Previous IT Helpdesk /Deskside support experience
• Experience of working using remote connection tools
