Monarch are working with a leading financial organisation who are looking to bring on a BA. This role is a great opportunity for the right person to join a growing team throughout 2021, you will need experience in the below to be successful:- Must have extensive client onboarding experience
- Experience of managing change in a Corporate Banking environment
- Business Analysis experience of delivering projects using any Agile framework (SAFe, KANBAN, SCRUM etc.)
- Understanding of client onboarding specifically Non-Funds and Funds capabilities and has delivered programmes with SAFe methodology
- Lead end-to-end business requirement from analysis to implementation and independently lead working sessions with all relevant stakeholders
- Measure success of the business requirement by capturing benefits (i.e., HC, improve user experience, reduce risk) from inception of the business requirement and realizing it post implantation
