Service Design and Transition Manager

Day rate: Up to £480 per day – outside IR35

Contract length: 12 months

Start date: As soon as possible

We are recruiting for a well-established financial sector organisation where you will undertake IT Readiness activities for new, existing, and upgraded Policy Administration Systems. You will have the experience below to be successful:

• Experience working on Programmes and applying Service Design and Transition principles to achieve a successful outcome;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with Business and IT stakeholders at all levels;
• Excellent documentation skills to create clear Process Documentation, Support Models, Support Documentation, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions;
• Great understanding of the full SDLC, with experience of working on multiple end-to-end implementations as part of a large programme.
• Exposure to general insurance and with Policy Administration Systems is desirable;
• Experienced within IT ops is desirable;
• ITIL Certification is advantageous;
• PRINCE 2 or other recognised industry Project Management qualification is desirable;
• Experienced with MS Office suite;
