Pega Release and Cutover Lead

This role is inside IR35

We are recruiting for a well-established financial sector organisation where you will be responsible for the definition of a robust approach to cutover, including a detailed runbook containing the tasks and activities required to effect a safe and controlled cutover to the new Pega applications. You will also be responsible for hands-on management of the cutover plan during the release windows. - You will have the experience below to be successful:

• Financial Services experience essential; Insurance desirable
• Proven experience launching and managing controlled cutover streams of work and communication, within large transformation programmes
• Experience leading/managing cutover on replacement of multi-platform environments
• Demonstrable release management experience
• Has a technical background (e.g. Deep understanding of application infrastructure and system architecture) and can fully understand the landscape to be able to challenge where necessary.
• Previous experience of creating detailed cutover runbooks with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills
