This role is inside IR355.
We are recruiting for a well-established financial sector organisation where you will have overall accountability for the Service Continuity effectiveness of all BAU applications as per RPO and RTO requirements, ensuring a centralised location exists for ALL DR and Service Continuity plans - You will have the experience below to be successful:- Proven experience in ITSM related position, including Service Continuity activities, or in IT Security
- Good IT Infrastructure & Operations background
- Experience leading/managing cutover on replacement of multi-platform environments
- Has a technical background (e.g. deep understanding of application infrastructure and system architecture) and can fully understand the landscape to be able to challenge where necessary.
- Financial Services experience essential; Insurance desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
