We are currently looking for a QA Manager to join an exciting green field project within a public sector organisation, where you will be managing all things automation, a small team and also the end to end testing life cycle.
This role will be fully remote

As the QA Manager you will be responsible for:- Leading the QA Engineering team and function, ensuring quality is built into the Digital services by acting as the central QA Authority, providing leadership to the product teams.
- Act as a point of escalation for the QA Engineers and manage project risks with stakeholders.
- Support the product teams making sure they have access to the relevant people, test tools and frameworks.
- Review test standards and procedures to optimise test delivery.
- Work with managers from other engineering disciplines to share QA Engineering best practice and encourage everyone in the teams to think about ‘quality’ and make it intrinsic to their processes.
- Previous experience of managing and leading QA engineers who specialise in test automation
- Experience of developing test strategies and the creation of approaches
