Head of Service Delivery
A fantastic organisation in Birmingham are recruiting for a Head of Service Delivery to join the team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of Service Delivery to join a thriving organisation where they can really develop their career.
The Service Deliver Team Manager will have the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Service Delivery Management Team and will be responsible for the Service Delivery Management function aswell as the Service Transition Process that manages the transition of all new Services into Live.
This is a leadership position that carries responsibility for driving the implementation and development of the Service Delivery Management part of the Business Engagement organisation, instilling standardised practices, motivating and supporting the team as well as driving efficiency and consistency throughout the Service Delivery Management function. The role will drive excellence throughout the team and seek the highest possible quality of Service Delivery Management practice, assuring consistent adherence to the Service Delivery Management framework.
A key measure of success will be evident in the level of professionalism and consistency of the Service Delivery Management practices, coupled with a culture of customer-focussed Demand and Service Management.
