Monarch are working with a large consultancy that are recruiting for a ITILv4 Service Architect to assist them on an initial 3 month contract, inside IR35. This role will be a mixture of remote and on site in their London office.
You will be working on a high profile client project where you will be working with the clients problem, incident and change management teams to develop and delivery standardised processes within problem, incident and change management. These will then be used in daily, weekly and quarterly operational statuses which are in line with central operational reporting requirements.
You will chair weekly meetings to review the status of the transition to the incoming service provider and agree next steps and provide weekly Management Information (‘MI’), demonstrating progress against agreed milestones. Maintaining any issues & risk log that must be shared and working on handover documents detailing each process as well as training the incoming provider’s personnel.
We are looking for someone who is ITILv4 Managing Professional certified from a strong technical background and experience in problem, incident and change management. Tech wise you will have worked in Agile environments with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence and Remedy.
