Description

Monarch are working with a large government organisation, based in London that are recruiting for a Human Resources Project Manager on an initial 9 month contract, inside IR35. 

This position is perfect for a project manager who has experience in delivering people related projects. Specifically leading the delivery of a strategic people plan that is centred around diversity and inclusion, talent management and leadership development. 

The key skills and experience required: 

  • Experienced HR PM who has managed multiple HR projects. 
  • Trade union experience 
  • D&I experience 
  • Experience in delivering organisational change
