BMC Remedy Admin

Clearance required: Current SC Clearance or eligible to obtain

Remote working: This role will initially be fully remote until able to return onsite.

We are recruiting for a well established organisation where you will be responsible for the administration and configuration maintenance of the BMC ITSM suite. You will need experience in the below to be successful:

• Experience in BMC ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change & Release, Asset, SLM) Technical as well as Functional
• Experience is SRM design and implementation of AOTs, PDTs and SRDs.
• Experience on BMC Atrium Core products (CMDB, Product Catalogue, Atrium Integrator)
• Other feature experience desirable: Normalization Engine, Atrium Impact Simulator, Service Catalogue etc.
• Good understanding of CMDB class structure (Common Data Model - CDM) and Reconciliation concepts
• Strong understanding of Permission model is must (User/Group/Role concepts).
• Experience in BMC Remedy AR system workflow development as per the provided design and debugging
• Must have good understanding of Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Web Services, All Form Objects creation and debugging
• Experience in installing, configure AR/Atrium/ITSM.
• Experience in Interfacing with network, service and customer inventory to enrich data with required information.
•  Knowledge of Windows, MS SQL Server & SQL scripts.
• Understanding of advanced AR configurations such as Server Group, DSO, Load Balancer, Threads settings and so on.
