S2C System Administrator

A global organisation based in the West Midlands are recruiting for an S2C system administrator to assist them on initial 6 month contract. 

The company are going through an extremely exciting period of change and are building high calibre teams in their West Midlands office. This role would be perfect for a system administrator who has excellent experience with eProcurement platforms. 

The skills and experience required: 

• 4+ Years of S2P [Source-to-Receipt] process & data management, systems administration experience with a Tier 1 eProcurement platform (i.e. Coupa, SAP Ariba, SAP SRM)
• IT and/or Procurement Background
• End-to-end knowledge of the sourcing and contract management
• Detail-orientated and with excellent data analysis skills
• Develops relationships with offshore tech partners, personable, good communicator with stakeholder management skills

• Day-to-day administration and maintenance of master data including users, contracts and  Delegation of Authority. Initial focus on Global S2C and CRA Coupa Procurement Platform.
• Full understanding of the Coupa Platform functionality and capabilities in order to become the Coupa Platform subject matter expert (SME).
• Maintaining and adjusting system configuration including Contract approval workflow
• Review and support new Coupa releases, understanding the new capabilities and assess how new Coupa releases will impact existing system setup and functionality.
