Agile Transformation Coach

We are currently looking for an Agile Transformation Coach to join our Public Sector client on an initial 6 month contract.

As the Agile transformation Coach you will ensure the successful delivery of our Transformation Programmes and help establish an agile delivery culture 
You will be a specialist in agile delivery and lean practices, working to embrace lean and agile ways of working across our portfolio of transformation programmes to build capability and develop a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required:

• Deep understanding of agile and lean methods and how they help transform organisations
• Experience of coaching, training, development and mentoring to support teams and organisations improve their agile practices and ways of working
• Experience in promoting agile ways of working across an organisation, embedding governance structures and behaviours that empowers teams to deliver services
• Significant experience of coaching and managing agile delivery managers and delivery colleagues, and supporting their learning and development
• Experience of developing communities of practice and growing agile capability
• Significant track record of successfully supporting the agile delivery of digital products and platforms at scale
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape, DevOps processes and how user-centred design enables the delivery of digital services
• Expert in iterative agile planning and road mapping
• Knowledge and understanding of GDS Service Standards and how they lead to successful services
