This exciting project working within the NHS Digital part of their Track and Trace project, you will be working with their system capacity model, working and managing the their plan and project tracker. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in an Agile environment with the ability to design and develop roadmaps for government digital services.

 

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of agile and lean project and program management practices, tools, and techniques
• Experience of working with design and/or development techniques for digital services - including methodologies (design & user research) / platforms (web, iOS, Chrome) / tools / environments / languages / technologies
• Knowledge in one or disciplines e.g., financial management, performance management, information systems, staff management acquired through training and experience over an extended period.
• Understanding of the Health and Social Care IT sector and its supporting IT strategies.
• Experience of the political and cultural aspects of delivering change across complex organisations

• Understanding of Agile Governance principles
• Experience of creating and maintaining a system volumetric model – converting business inputs into system transactions.
• Using Jira and other tools to report on project metrics
• Working knowledge of traditional project, programme and product management methods and tech-niques (e.g., PRINCE2)
• Excellent Jira and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of the internal framework for project and programme delivery.
• Software Engineering background
• AWS Cloud knowledge / EC2 and Land Function
