Monarch are working with a leading media company who are looking to bring on a Demand Management – Business Partner. This role is a great opportunity for the right person to join a growing team throughout 2021, you will need experience in the below to be successful:
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the global organisation
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant technologies
- Demand Management, request triage, oversight of business case development, route to authority protocols.
- Ability to translate requirements into processes and controls
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Experience / knowledge of a range of technical platforms and solutions
- Effective persuasive communication and ability to influence stakeholders toward change and continuous improvement
- Experience of working on major projects
- Degree qualified
- Background in PMO/Business Partner or similar role.
- Exposure to ERP/Finance Systems processes desirable.
- Strategic thinking and planning
