We are keen to strengthen our team with a Recruitment Delivery Consultant with 2+ years experience in a similar position. You will be part of a growing and experienced team of public sector experts who are demonstrating the volume of business available from this market if working with and for such a reputable and respected organisation. The ideal candidate

• Will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a recruitment consultant and/or candidate delivery preferably within the IT sector
• Experience in all sectors welcome, a preference covering the public sector, working within, Central Government, Local Authorities, not-for-profit & the NHS will be ideal 
• This will allow you to take advantage of this opportunity by utilising existing relationships with clients, our current position as an awarded supplier on the majority of Frameworks and preferred supplier status with public bodies, as well as using your own network/knowledge to attract the best candidates out there.
• You may be an expert candidate delivery consultant or keen to develop the fundamental skills of a 360 consultant and be motivated to build this desk to maximise your earnings potential.
• You will be able to service existing clients, screen candidates, and ultimately deliver quality to your clients and candidates, whilst also working with the market leading experts in public sector contracting and skills management to develop new and growing relationships.
