Delivery Manager - Oracle E-Business Suite

We are currently looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to join a government client on an initial 6 month contract.


Location: mixture of remote and on site in London
IR35: This role falls outside of IR35
Start: ASAP
Clearance: Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain an CTC clearance

As the Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:


• Delivering high quality solutions across the HR technology landscape with a primary focus being on Oracle E-Business Suite HR Modules (OLM, Payroll, Workforce Management & Business Intelligence).
• Building solutions that are in line with the clients data and technology strategies.
• Working closely with our outsourced service providers and developers as well as our internal stakeholder in the management and delivery of change.
• Single point of contact for HR technology and data queries
• Supporting in the creation and development of HR master data management and data quality best practices.


Key skills and experiences required:
Essentials Skills:


• Oracle HR (Currently on R12.2),
• Other Oracle Cloud HCM modules desirable: (On-Boarding, Learning, Payroll, Workforce Management, Business Intelligence).
• Experience of other E-Business suite modules and their integration with HR desirable (Finance / Commercial)
• Knowledge of HR data structures essential
• Functional experience of designing and building interfaces essential, experience of complex transformation and mappings desirable
• Knowledge of other HR applications in any functional area also desirable including analytics
