I am working in partnership with a global solutions provider who are building a new technical hub along the M4 corridor.


One of their key hires is an experienced Programme Manager to manage a portfolio of technical projects, driving the development and delivery of new features and solutions to end clients.


You will be providing technical leadership across functional teams, including development, test, support, and implementation, ensuring solutions meet the given specifications and are completed within the project deadlines.  You will also be speaking to the Senior Management team, proving regular project and portfolio updates.


The successful candidate will be Scrum Master certified and have experience of managing programmes / portfolios of projects within an Agile environment. It is highly beneficial you have experience in delivering SAAS based solutions. In addition to the commercial experience, you will need to have strong leadership and people management experience, combined with analytical, problem solving, change management, and stakeholder management experience.


In return, the client is offering a highly attractive salary and benefits package including a bonus and share options. With the new working policy, you will only be required to go into the office 1-2 days per week.
