I am working in partnership with an exciting company who have the start up feel but are part of a global brand in the digital space.

They are building a new function and as part of this they are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant /  Specialist to manage their core Salesforce system become the technical expert, managing the process from end to end. They have been using Salesforce in the company for 2 years but are very keen to build out its capabilities and understand how it can support the different teams across the business.

Working in an initial team of 2, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and speaking to key stakeholders across the business to understand what new functionality they want within the Salesforce system and how it can be integrated with other applications, completing configuration, testing and deployment tasks. 

The successful candidate must be certified in Salesforce and have excellent technical Salesforce experience, gained within a consultancy environment or implementation role. As you will be the key Product Owner in this function you must demonstrate strong experience in working with Salesforce and understanding challenges and configuration and integration issues with other systems. You will have prior experience in defining a product roadmap, defining user stories, managing product backlogs and leading workshops. It is essential you have previous experience of working with and managing stakeholders and end users.

The role will be a mix of home and office based.
