We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to support the technical delivery teams to assure delivery and commercial release of Software Product investment cases in a multi-faceted, fast moving product portfolio of complex software and service products.


The role will be remote until able to return to site in London


Responsibilities

• Agile team coordination and process management
• Agile team coaching and development
• Perform rigorous work breakdown analysis to identify and clearly articulate project deliverables and dependencies
• Build comprehensive, pragmatic plans for delivery and validate progress through structured governance, stage gates and ceremonies
• Ensure plans encompass both technical product delivery and operational readiness, addressing the “go-to-market” process
• Work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and delivery team members providing insight, guidance, direction, empathy and encouragement
• Proactively identify potential risks to delivery, define appropriate mitigation strategies and assign and track ownership of risk

• Experienced with Agile Product delivery principles and methodologies
• Has successful track record of delivery for 3+ Years in Project Management
• Has worked on large scale software application development projects
• Has worked with global, distributed, cross-functional delivery teams
• Has experience of projects which involve elements of business process change management or operational and commercial software product release
