We are currently recruiting for a truly unique opportunity in Solihull. My client is looking for an experienced Data Project Manager to work on a revolutionary new digital lending platform. The ideal candidate will have as proven track record delivering large scale Data migration projects.
Utilising specific knowledge and expertise undertake detailed research and analysis of a particular project topic and submit reasoned recommendations and/or requirements for its implementation into the Business.
Duties and responsibilities- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project resource from around the Business
- Manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Regulatory / Market / Industry / Product / Risk analysis
- Problem identification and solution formulation
- Formulate strategies to achieve the business goals
- Report generation
About The Candidate
Skills- Understands project management processes through the attainment of PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification
- A focused proactive approach, self-motivated and able to acquire new skills and grasp concepts quickly
Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels within the business and to justify positions or solutions using reasoned argument - Integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment and decision making skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure, to use initiative and to recognise and act upon priorities
- Willing and able to adopt a flexible approach as required, to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules
- As a minimum, to be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint plus have the ability
Must hold a PRINCE2 qualification (or equivalent) and be an experienced Project Manager with excellent stakeholder management skills.
