Location: Paris, France
Contract Length: 10 months
Day rate: Anything up to €650 per day.

Monarch are working with a leading financial organisation who are looking to bring on a Corporate and new projects Director consists in joining an agile and high performing team where you will be in charge of developing the BtoB market in partnership with issuers and large corporates, assisting account team in primo implementation of strategic projects and exploring new market opportunities. You will need experience in the below to be successful:- More than 8 years of experience in payment/banking industry (ideally in treasury/financial departments).
- Strong analytical mindset
- Self-starter/self-motivated
- Strong strategic skillset with commercial acumen
- Ability to navigate through the large organizations and influence without direct authority
- Ability to think outside the box and recognise the value of alternative thinking
- Essential to be comfortable in a multi-tasking environment with the ability to give clear direction to team and customers alike Developing the BtoB market in partnership with issuers and large corporates.
- Contributing to design BtoB strategy on the French market
- Co-designing BtoB value proposition with each issuer
- Answering BtoB RFP with issuers
- Develop business lead among large corporates
- Assisting account team in primo implementation of strategic projects
- Supporting account team/product teams in primo-implementation of strategic projects through project management skills (eg. Direct Settlement, processing platform)
- Exploring new market opportunities (supporting head of BD France)
- Assessing the market opportunity and designing the go-to-market strategy of new businesses (eg. ATM service strategy, Direct Settlement, New payment flows, Open banking) on the direction of Business Development VP.
