Languages: Bilingual English and Danish essential
Remote working: Remotely at the beginning then a combination of office.
Our leading financial sector client are looking to bring on a Finance integration assistant that will be expected to lead program management activities and to ensure that the financial statements and reporting requirements are submitted accurately and timely and that all internal controls and policies are adhered to. You will need the experience below to be successful:- Project management and experience in finance integration is essential
- Demonstrated success in finance integration and/or project management in large multinationals
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ years of consulting and/or finance experience, e.g. controller, finance manager, finance integration.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting process flows and internal control concepts
- Experience of working under TSA (transition service agreement)
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to manage a multicultural, diverse and executive/senior level network of stakeholders
- Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives through indirect leadership.
- Lead compliance efforts with MA policies and procedures (e.g. financial, operational)
- Review controls and drive opportunities for improvement
