Remote working: Would be remote however would require occasional office visits.
Our leading financial sector client are looking to bring on a senior sourcing analyst to act as the single point of contact for all procurement activities for business unit, risk assess vendors and convert them all to the companies procurement and sourcing. You will need the experience below to be successful:- Supports business with purchasing transactions, under direct supervision
- Serves as a resource for business owners without system access in initiating and completing purchasing transactions
- Communicates process status and requests
- Provides data to general ledger and payments teams to support the payments process
- Demonstrates knowledge of basic purchasing principles and processes
- Experience coordinating components of larger projects
- Demonstrated initiative in building relationships with colleagues from multiple areas within an organization
- Experience navigating organizations to find internal resources and tools
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate Coupa and Oracle experience preferred
