Veeva CRM Specialist (100% Remote)

A global pharmaceutical brand that works with healthcare providers to cure rare and critical illnesses is looking to completely overhaul & redesign its existing Veeva CMS. This role is 100% remote working. 

We’re looking for a Veeva Subject Matter Expert / Consultant on a contract basis to work as the lead on the project and to be the interface between commercial teams, clinical teams, and technical teams.

You will work as the internal Veeva Subject Matter expert and the go-to on all questions in regards to Veeva. 

You’ll be working most closely with the Global Sales & Marketing function and report into a VP of Sales & Marketing as well as a VP within IT. So an understanding of how these types of teams function and are motivated is key.

You’ll be helping shape a global CMS redesign and get involved in capturing and realising stakeholder needs across the business. This role would be ideal for someone who likes capturing & understanding business problems and using technology to solve them.

Ideally, you’ll have the following experience:

• 5 years + of pharmaceutical sector experience
• 5 years + of working in a business analyst position
• 5 years + experience working with Veeva CMS
• Ideally 5 years + of working with Sales & Marketing teams to help use Veeva 
• Strong commercial experience of working within a commercial team within a large/complex organisation
• Demonstrable experience of Stakeholder Management across multiple teams and multiple locations
• Experience of working with 3rd party technology vendors to deliver important projects
