Process Design Manager - Contract - West Yorkshire

I am currently working with a large organisation based in West Yorkshire who are in need of an experienced Process Design Manager.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of process designers. Developing the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ customer journeys, supporting the change management teams and delivering the changes to improve processes.


Essential experience required:

  • Process design methodologies – Lean, Six Signma, Kepner-Tregoe
  • Qualifications in change management
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead both direct and matrix teams across the business
  • Extensive experience of managing process designers previously
