Monarch are working with a government organisation that are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager to assist them on an initial 7 month contract.
Role: Senior Commercial Manager
Rate: £600-£650 per day
Clearance: SC Cleared
IR34: Inside
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Liverpool
Some of the responsibilities include:- Running tender exercises through to contract award
- Managing suppliers against SLAs and Performance Indicators.
- Managing contracts of varying nature and size in a middle management role
- Undertake tendering exercises for ‘future state’ technical and digital services to replace aged, tech estate and other ad hoc procurements / contract management as required.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop requirements, challenging and refining as appropriate; experience in managing commercial arrangements for technical services.
- Review needs and recommend sourcing options; experience in relation to licences, IP, CRM systems desirable.
- Create invitation to tender documentation and run tender processes through to contract award, including governance of the appropriate internal and external approvals process.
- Management of resultant contract.
