Monarch IT are working with Global Broadcasting company who are looking for an HR Administrator to join them on a contract basis in Central Birmingham. Duration: 2 Months - Location: Hybrid Working - 2 days a week on site in Birmingham (Wednesdays + Thursday) - Rate paying up to £19.93 per hour Inside IR35. (Umbrella only)
As the HR Administrator you will be part of a larger team providing administrative services.
Experience required:- Experience of working in a service delivery team with a focus on on boarding activities
- Can work with a high volume of cases and can demonstrate ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work within SLA deadlines for the delivery of work
- Awareness of compliance safeguard checks whilst on boarding members of staff such as eligibility to work checks and DBS checks
- Experience of using SAP ideally or familiarity with other HR related IT systems for the delivery of work
