Monarch IT are working with a wealth management firm based in London, who are looking for a CRM Admin on a permanent basis - Paying up to £50,000 per annum.
This role will be working onsite 2 days from (London) - 3 days WFH - You must be able to commute to central London.
Duties:- Day to day administration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 on premise
- Managing CRM change requests
- Managing integration between CRM and 3rd party systems
- Managing future version upgrades
- Managing dashboards
- Automation of documentation
- Automating business processes using business rules, workflows, business process flows, cases and queues.
