We are working with a large client in Birmingham who are looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join there recruitment team.

Start: ASAP
Location: Birmingham - You are expected to attend the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The rest can be worked remotely
IR35: Inside
Duration: 3 Months


You will be joining a business support team who provide administrative services to the Talent and Resourcing team helping them to provide an efficient and compliant service.

They client is looking for someone who shares their values of strong customer service, and seamless candidate journeys.

We are looking for:

• An understanding of in-house resourcing requirements and end-to-end recruitment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proven administration experience ideally using an ATS
• Experience of setting up interviews

• Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
• Intermediate skills in the use of a range of software packages to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete and consistent
• Ability to research information via the internet
• Ability to interact face to face with candidates and hiring managers, and communicate effectively with a range of people
• Understands how to handle, resolve and escalate enquiries; passes on information promptly

• Prior experience of working with People systems (such as SAP) and applicant tracking systems
• Prior experience of working in a resourcing function
• Basic legal, regulatory and policy parameters which guide resourcing
