ACA - ACCA - QBE - Accountant - Accountancy Client Manager

Monarch Recruitment are working alongside an accountancy practice based over in Wolverhampton, who are looking to appoint a number of Accountants from Junior through to Qualified and Client Managers. If you are currently studying or wanting to study for ACCA, they will also support you through this. 

Junior/ Grad: £25,000 per annum
Part Qualified - Qualified: Between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Accounts Client Manager: Up to £40,000 per annum

Typical Day to day responsibilities

  • Preparation of accounts ranging from consolidated group to small limited company accounts to final accounts stage, linking to tax returns as appropriate
  • Review of audits
  • Develop working relationships with clients, processing information and providing feedback and guidance where necessary
  • Submit corporation and personal tax returns to HMRC, ensuring they are correct and submitted on time
  • P11d's - Preparation and submission of client P11d returns
  • Review and support colleagues by assisting as required
Skills Required:
  • Qualified or finalist accountant, ACCA, ACA/ICAEW
  • Robust attention to detail with ability to prioritise tasks and communicate across all business levels
  • Strong IT skills including Excel and good software knowledge ideally (IRIS, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Dext)
  • Technically strong, keeping up to date with adaptations in compliance standards
  • Proactive nature and passionate about providing good service
